Cancellation/Refund Policy
Private Sessions – Our schedule is typically booked out several weeks with waiting list. To best accommodate our clients we require a 24 hr cancellation notice for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.
Semi-Private Workshops - 24hr Cancellation notice is required for semi-private workshops. If one of the clients needs to reschedule they will be charged and additional private session fee for their rescheduled appointment time.
Please contact us at 360-253-2229 ASAP if you need to reschedule and appointment. Please note that due to the limited space in our schedule, rescheduling may lead to a delay in your 6 week sequence with workshops.
